The Psychedelic Interventionist™

A premium documentary series exploring addiction, relapse, recovery culture, treatment repetition, and the evolving future of human healing.
View Episode Outline
Logline: The Psychedelic Interventionist™ examines real cases of addiction, treatment repetition, and recovery culture while asking a defining question: Are we evolving care — or repeating the same models and calling it treatment?

Series Overview

The Psychedelic Interventionist™ is a nonfiction documentary series built from hundreds of written episode concepts and decades of experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, and psychedelic-informed care.

The series investigates the gap between what treatment systems promise and what many people actually experience: repeated relapse, repeated placement, repeated language, and repeated models that do not work for everyone.

Rather than promoting a single ideology, the series explores the tension between traditional recovery culture, modern psychiatry, trauma-informed understanding, and emerging scientific perspectives.

The Central Question

When the same treatment pathway produces the same result again and again, is the problem only the individual — or are we repeating systems that have not yet evolved enough to truly help?

Human Stakes

Each episode explores real family consequences, relapse cycles, custody battles, and the emotional cost of treatment failure.

Investigative Lens

The series questions outcome claims and examines whether recovery systems are evolving.
